Along with the oil field automatic continuouly improve,the pneumatic instrument and pneumatic actuator applicatioin amount rapidly increase which are one of the main methods as automation.For this reason,we need high quality intrustment air source.The oil,moisture,dust from instrument ail source increase the inner corrosion of pipe and the formation of pollutants directly endanger important element as diaphragm of pneumatic instrument,constant orifice,hozzle flapper.,etc.
Purification equipment is the dedicated device which is used for oil air compressor to remove oil and moisture.When the air compressor produce gas which contain a lot of moisture and oil, the pipe is easy to freeze especially in the cold day,so it influences the drilling rate.
Oil field special used air purifying device manufactured by our company is skid-mounted box type which owns hoisting point on the top and widely opened door beside.It is convenience to move, install and maintain.The purifying device is deviled into two series products: the basic unit and high performance unit.
