Product Description
The inner tank adopts the 1.2mm imported SUS304 Stainless steel and automatic welding technology which can decrease the corrosion. Inlet and outlet use the argon welding technology against the 0.6Mpa pressure. Heat tube conducts the heat energy in the single direction and has some advantages of quick operation, high heat efficiency and anti-corrosion. It has advantages of no water in tube, no filthy, no broken tube, anti-freeze, unlimited time of the inputting water and pressure operation. Insulation adopts the polyurethane which has good insulation efficiency. The frame adopts the imported stainless steel, which is strong and against the corrosion. Tail stock has novel design and available to be installed.
Working principle:
The vacuum tubes absorb and convert solar energy into thermal energy, then transfer to the central heat pipe via the aluminum fins. The heat pipes have tiny amount of purified water sealed inside at depressurized condition. When heated, the water inside the heat pipes vaporizes at low temperature (about 30° C), the vapor rises to the condenser and heat energy is conducted to water (inside the tank). When vapor is cooled down and becomes condensate, it falls to the bottom of heat pipe. By continuously circulating in this way, heat is carried from outside to the water inside the tank.

2) Start up quickly, heat pipe transfer the heat energy into the storage tank in one direction
3) No water inside the evacuated tubes, the solar water heater can still in service even with several tubes breakage
4) No water in the vacuum tubes eradicate the incrustation scale, thus keeping them running in high efficiency
5) No water in the vacuum tubes eradicate the frost cleft even in Jack Frost condition
6) Can be used all year round in the cold climate
7) No maintenance
