Working Principle:
Heat purge regeneration desiccant air dryer is working with regenerative air and warm the desiccant then re-use it. It not only improves the regeneration effect also reduces air consumption with energy-saving function.

Features of Desiccant Air Dryer:
According to the demand on the air consumption for regeneration, the desiccant air dryer are divided into no heat type and micro heat(heat purge) type. Heatless regeneration desiccant air dryer is equipment to dry compressed air by using pore shape desiccant to dry water molecule sieve; it is based on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption. Heat purge regeneration desiccant air dryer is working with regenerative air and warm the desiccant then re-use it. It not only improves the regeneration effect also reduces air consumption with energy-saving function.
The desiccant air dryer uses molecular sieve or alumina as the desiccant to adsorb moisture in the compressed air under a certain working pressure. Then, re-lead a part of dry air from the dryer outlet for desorption at atmospheric pressure. One tower is for water adsorption and another for desorption and regeneration. The two towers can work continuously to provide the air consuming equipment with dry, clean compressed air.
The twin tower dryer is widely used for outdoor applications requiring compressed air in cold areas, indoor applications requiring compressed air of long-distance pipeline transportation, and manufacturing process requiring deep drying, such as advanced spraying, jet flow control, polyester spinning etc.

Shanghai Broatek provide various kinds of options for desiccant regenerated air dryers, including heatless air dryer, heat purge air dryer, compressed air dryer, heat purge with blower air dryer and combined type air dryer. Working pressure is from standard, middle and high pressure. Capacity from 0.8/min~500m/min. Dew point is from -12ºC~-70ºC. Two tower shift period is from 4min~8hours.Desiccant use activated alumina or molecule sieve. Control method we use PLC micro pc. And the power is from 220v/1ph/50HZ~380v/3ph/50HZ etc. We can also make your special requirement for zero loss regeneration HOC.
2. Strict product testing: To ensure the product quality, we introduced advanced testing equipment to test air flow, pressure, intake temperature, dew point and other technical data.
3. Air system:
-To eliminate Channeling phenomenon: The air distributor in desiccant tower is using big section stainless steel diffuser, this is guarantee the air evenly go through the desiccant, avoid the channeling phenomenon, anti-corrosion and long lasting.
-Energy saving working condition settable: The regenerated capacity could be set in energy saving working conditions according to the requirement for dew point, pressure, temperature etc.
- Zero consumption of regeneration: Proper design of the tower keeps 95% heat desiccant, greatly enhanced the desorption capacity of equipment, makes the regeneration more thoroughly.
-Stable quality of air source: Reverse convection drying and regeneration, avoiding the pollution of desiccant; ensure the stable quality of air source.
4. Control System:
- Human-computer interaction, remote control: color touch screen, information sharable from
distance host.
-PLS micro pc control: Use Germany Siemens PLC, with reliable and strong functions.
-Optional working conditions: Client is easily choose testing condition, summer condition, winter condition, 50% air condition, -40ºC and -20ºC dew point condition.
-Adsorption drying time (optional): we use dew point control method, 100% ensure the air quality.
-Exhaust wetness testing:

Screw air compressor filters
With full range of replacement/retrofit filters for screw air compressor (over 10, 000 part No. ), our filter element (air filter, oil filter, air oil separators) are installed on many brand screw air compressors, most including Ingersoll-Rand, Atlas Copco, Sullair, Compair, Kaeser, Gardner Denver, BOGE, Hitachi, Kobelco, Mitsui-Seiki and Fusheng etc.
Post-treatment equipment for air compressor
Our basic product includes pipeline filtration, oil remover, desiccant compressed air dryer, refrigerated compressed air dryer, PSA nitrogen generator and self-clean air filter. All these products are made to help decreasing the damages of industrial equipment. As the compressed air contains water vapor and dust, it's a big threaten to keep machine running. Without effective control of these air during the regularly working, plug valves worn, pipeline corrupted, equipment damaged by air leakage, sometimes even caused production stagnation.
