Overview
CSRF series Automatic folding plate filter is a new generation of filtering equipment which is adopted international advanced technology. It adds a unique patent design backwashing system and control systems which work together completely and make an efficient filtering and backwashing. It is much better than the original folding plate filter.

Working Principle
Filter has two running modes: Filtering and backwashing.
Filtering mode
In the condition of filtering, liquid from the outside passes through the folding plates, filtering plates are pressed together tightly under the force of spring and hydraulic pressure. Impurity particles are trapped in the plates intersection. Filtered liquid flows through the filter.

Backwashing mode



When the filter clogging reaches a certain differential pressure or preset time, the system automatically enters into the backwashing mode. By changing the direction of flow control valve, backwashing pressure pulls up spring and loosens plates, the nozzles located on the SPIN column jet water along the tangential. The jet water makes the plates spinning, and flushs out impurities on the plates.

Normally consumption of backwashing water is less than 0.5% of water filtered. High efficient backwashing also can be achieved on viscous liquid. When air or exogenous liquid backwash provided, filtering liquid can be reduced to zero;
Full automatic control, continuous filtering. Take turns to alternately filtering, backwashing process. These automatically switches insure continuous water output, pressure loss of the system is small;
Flexible combination, occupy area small. Modular system, small size, working place can be adjusted based on local conditions, free combination.
Suitable for corrosive fluid. Many Materials can be selected to make the equipments. Plastic system has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, solvent resistance;

20μ M, 55μ M, 100μ M, 130μ M, 200μ M, 400μ M. For filtering particle size below 20μ M, need to produce according to client requirements. Folded plates materials are PP, nylon.
