2.3 --- Using Attention
1. Fresh battery shall be obtained good performance after 2 or 3 times charging, please don't use up the quantities of battery electricity, it must be recharged while the battery remain 10% to extend the battery life.
2. Low-grade heat generation of battery during charging process is normal phenomenon, the heat will turn to normal temperature after battery charging fully.
3. The portable power bank operating ambient temperature keep in -20ºC—45ºC.
2.4 --- Warning
1. The portable power bank just limit to 5Vdc output battery charge via USB port, if any other type of battery charge or larger than 5Vdc smart products, the power bank will lead to explode, battery burst up, battery weeping, physical injury or property torts.
2. Wrong using the charger will be in danger of electric shock.
3. The portable power bank shall be used in dry and low temperature environment, no waterproof and use in high-temperature environment allow, please avoid any rain/water inject in or use in high-temperature environment.
4. Please don't disassemble the portable power charger and assemble it without professional instruction, to avoid physical injury or property torts.
5. Please don't plug in any other metal into USB ports, to avoid USB charger circuit damage or explosion.
6. Children use the USB charger must be under adult monitoring or supervising.
7. Please don't use or store the portable power bank under high temperature or high humidity.
8. Please ensure the battery polarity correct before plug in charge, or please don't use other kind of connector plug in USB ports to damage the USB ports.
2.5 --- Extensive knowledge
Basic Charger performance test:
Charging voltage load: Cut off current between 4.15 and 4.23Vdc 4.2Vdc
LED display RED, indicate in charging process; if the LED display Green, indicate the power charging is completed, over-charging detect charging has been termination.
Output short load regulations: Cut off current at 700mA/220Vac detect output voltage 4.2Vdc (set 1 ± 0.05V) during current conversion process.
Line regulation, 85~264Vac detect output 4.2Vdc (set 1 ± 0.05V) during AC voltage conversion process.
Over-current detection, charging voltage 2.5V add current, while charging voltage reduce to 2.5V, the current shall meet 450mA+,-50mA (27KΩ) and 750mA+,-50mA (4.7KΩ) and 900mA+,-50mA (1.5KΩ) requirement.
Output Ripple & Noise, AC 85 ~ 264V Cut off current 450mA and parallel a cap 47uF and 0.1uF to output, setup frequency to 20MHz and detect the max ripple <100mVp-p during current conversion process
Reverse current measurement, output 4.2V, AC power off to detect the current max 0.5mA flow to USB charger from mobile phone
Compensation charging start voltage, AC 220V the charger LED shall be always indicate Green, output shall be 4.07V ± 0.05V
Charging cut off current, AC 220V setup p/s to 4.15V, then detect the charging LED shall be exchanged between Red and Green during current conversion process, the charging shall be completed during30 ~ 100mA
AC power on/off 5 seconds, on/off 30,000 times (each 15,000 times at 85Vac and 264Vac) , charger shall be normal work.
