1. Your ideas: Please tell us your ideas of the power bank you want to design, your requirements, like battery capacity, brand logo, target price,etc. A DWG (Auto CAD) file will be great for our reference.
2. Protype: We can make a protype according to your design drawing for your confirmation before opening molds
3. Circuitry: Our engineers can design the PCBA (circuitry) according to your requiremnts of power bank, like input/output, LCD screen display, power indication, etc.
4. Sample: We can assemble the protype, circuity, batteries to a finished power bank sample, and send it to your side for testing and confirmation. We will make improvements according to your feedback about samples.
5. Mold: After your confirmation about the power bank sample, we can start opening mold, which might take about a month, we will test and ensure the precision of molds.
6. Sample: After the molds finished, we will make several samples by the new mold and send them for your confirmation. If there are any points unsatisfied, we will make improvements accordingly.
7. Mass Production: After your confirmation about samples by the new mold, we will start mass production of the goods according to your order.
8. Lead & Delivery: Once goods finished production and inspection, we will find a most saving & apporiate shipping method and arrange the delivery for you.
