Love the simplicity of this product. Unlike the fancier Keurig models with a water reservoir, etc., here you just put in a K-Cup, add a single cup/mug full of water at the bottom and push the only button on the unit. A minute or two later you're done. Of course, this unit isn't designed for frequent, immediately sequential use by multiple people - it's for the "one cupper" now & again. The unit seems sturdy, and unlike the fancier models, I suspect it won't be as prone to clogging up and malfunctioning.
