A: 200pcs/color usually. 50-100pcs/color for stocked items. |
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM orders? If yes, what is the MOQ? |
A: Yes,we accept. For OEM orders, 500pcs/color for the MOQ and 1K-3K/color for ODM projects based on different designing. |
Q: Are the samples free? |
A: It depends. For our stocked items and if you need less than 3 samples, we can send you free samples by freight collection under your own courier account. |
Q: What is the lead time for the samples and bulk order? |
A: Usually 3-days for the samples and 2-3 weeks for the lead time of the formal order after we receive the deposit. |
Q: Which kind of the packages do you have? |
A: Usually, we price is only including free opp bags. We also have other retail packages like blister box,cardboard box,gift box and so on. Pls contact our sales to get the detailed cost or suggestions for other package solutions. |
Q: Can you design the mould, style of the product or the package for us? |
A: Yes,we can. We have the product & package designing team to help you with most international software like CAD,AI,PSD,Coredraw and so on. |
Q:What's the payment terms? |
A: We accept T/T 30% deposit before the mass production and the balance before the shipment with inspection report or photos. Paypal,western Union and LC at sight( the total amount is more than USD30000) are also accepted. |
