Item: Movable Tilting Electric Heating cooker Jacketed Kettle
Application: In any food service establishment, ideal for producing sauces, pasta, beverage, can processing and widely used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Material: SS304 or SS316L (chemical composition available).
Capacity: 50L-1500L
Heating: Electric heating. Steam heating and gas heating optional.
Electric heating jacketed kettle takes electric as heating source by using heating oil and heating elements.
Steam heating use steam as heating sourse.
It has the feature of large heating surface area, high heat effect, heating evenly, heating up quickly.
Both mixing and temperature can be easily controlled with a control box.
This model is movable tilting type, with cover and mixer. We have fixed type for your choice. Cover and mixer are also optional.
Mixer is usually anchor type, with or without scraper.
Inner surface finishing: Mirror. Ourter surface finishing: 2B, mat or mirror polishing (Roughness inside: Ra≤ 0.22μ M; Outside: Ra≤ 0.4μ M ).
Lead time: 45~50 days,
