A:Please check whether the serial port is connected.Second, make sure open the serial number is correct.

A:First of all, to confirm whether the program with administrator privileges to run, because involves reading system serial number, need administrator privileges.Secondly, whether had installed a serial port driver, and check whether the serial port cable is good.

Q3:No data when user query?
A:First of all, confirm that time choose reasonable, procedural default time for program startup time, you can change time to query;Second, determine whether there is data, only when copying machine finishes the whole work process, It will record the data.

Q4:What can to do if forget the path of saving data?
A:Program will automatically remember the last time save the file directory, can use the "save as" or "export" to see the last save path.After the success of the program in the save the file, will automatically open the save file folder, and select the saved file.

Q5: How to monitor more than one duplicator?
A:Multiple copies of the software folder, each corresponding to one copy machine;Different machine can be set different name in the configuration file names to distinguish each copy machine.The path of the database can be set to the same path, so that all data will be recorded in the same database file, easy to maintain.By querying the different machine alias name you can judge the data of corresponding machine.
