Our new system ice block machine is directly cooling instead of old brine system, we use freezing aluminum alloys as evaporator, refrigerant is evaporated in the middle of the aluminum alloys plate, then the ice making water can be frozen directly, the water can become ice in a very short time by this way, obviously this ice machine is highly energy saving in all aspects.
Compared with the old system, this new system is much more easy operate and save time of adding water and taking out the ice from the salt water tank, the ice is much cleaner for eating, directly cooling ice is made of low temperature so it can be saved for longer time.
