We have two factories in shenzhen guangdong. One is zhong hengsuo technology Co., lld. Founded in 2007, zhonghengsuo is specializing in developing and making digital products and communications products. In order to cope with the latest request of high quality surface, we founded a professional team who master the IMD / iml (in-mould decoration) technology, offering the service of mould estimate, mould design and produce, film print, shaping and cutting of the film and injection. Now we own 6 patents of IMD and our product involve in the cases of telephone, computer, GPS, MP4 / MP5, it and so on. Even more, we introduced the advance process such as sputtering coating, sublimation coating and special printing ( imr, iml and kodak printing). Besides we equipted big dust-avoid injection workshop and printing workshop with air conditoners, 8 pieces of machines to print 4 color films, 12 pieces of precise injection machine and others machine. Production abillity reach to 25000-30000 pieces per day.
Another factory is zhongda precise mould and plastic Co., Ltd which is specializing in mould design and produce, injection, silk-print and painting. We introduced the advanced CNC equipments, with a group of young powerful and highly-qualified technicians, providing ID design, production configuration research, and injecting molding business. We adopt advanced techniques and equipments from Japan, such as sodick slow-feeding wire-cut machine and sodick mirror spark machine.
