Rake Hoist assembly
ICESTA rake hoist system is composed by reducer with monitor, chain wheels, chains, bearings, steel rope wheels, supporting mechanism. The chains are driven by the chain wheels that are moved by the reducer with monitor, and the moving chains will in the turn move the steel rope wheels, with whose friction, the steel ropes are to move the ice rake mechanism up and down.
Advantages of ICETA patented ice rake assembly:

2. The design simplifies the rake and hoist assembly and brings down the fabrication cost
3. The design reduces chances of maintenance by using fewer chains and chain wheels

Materials for this assembly can be stainless steel or galvanized steel for different industries.
Discharge screw conveyor
1. Single discharge screw is used for smaller quantity of ice discharge for smaller ice storing bin.
2. Dual discharge screws are used for bigger quantity of ice discharge for bigger ice storing bin.
Pneumatic delivering system
A pneumatic delivering system is normally used for long distance ice conveying and is normally composed by the following components:
1. Metering screw conveyor with lump breaker and drive assembly
2. Blower unit with monitor
3. Air chiller with condensing unit
4. Conveying valve
5. Electrical control panel
6. Diverter valves
7. Line couplings, conveying lines, elbows(all shipped loose fir field installation)
