Yixun industrial Co., Limited was founded in 1998, We are Located in Humen Town, Guangdong, China. Is a professional in all kinds of injection mould and plastic parts design and manufacture. The main products cover of aircraft parts, household appliance, medical equipment, electronic equipment, and general industrial products etc. The company covers an area of more than 4000 square meters, the transportation is convenient, from shenzhen airport only one and a half hours away.
Yixun provides 40 sets machines for Mold department which includes Mirkon High-speed CNC(42000 Cycles), Charmilles NC precision EDM, Sodick Slow Wire-cutting Machine and more precision machines. We provide 6 sets machines to injection department which includes Dual Injection Machine 160T, high-speed injection machine and Robots. In Quality Control, we build professional QC Department with 3 machines which includes LK-integra 3-dimensional Coordinate(UK), 3-dimensional Coordinate Machine(Germany)to control. Recently years, we built the Clear plant to make the high precision medical, electronic parts.
Our technical team consists of a number of master mold and technicians, and supporting technical staff composed of more than 200. According to the special needs of our customers to create world-class precision molds. We won the praise of customers by delivery potential and good quality.
Moreover, We all use manipulator to take products; Our precision can be controlled ± 0.02 mm.
