About OATO Tempered Glass Screen Protector
Cutting: Using original imported material, the hardness could reach 9H, full-automatic precise ultrathin glass cutting machine cutting accurately.
Carving: High-precision carving technology, the tolerance controlled within three C.
Tempering: after clear the glass, preheat it and put it in 400 ºC potassium nitrate tempering furnace.To change the thermal reaction performance. After three hours, the tempering strength become stable. And shock resistance is 7-8 times higher than common glass. Then cooling slowly to normal temperature. The time is almost 8 hours for all process. And glass is very strong at the moment which could challenge the limit.
Clean: Full-automatic ultrasonic cleaning, automatic water cycle, pull slowly to confirm the cleanliness.
Electroplating: Use the most advanced vacuum plating technology, make the glass has optical property plating coating by electrolytes;
Overlay film: To confirm the cleanliness of electroplating tempered glass;
Performance test and visual inspection: Clean the dirty and rejects, 100% inspection, to confirm all good products
Fit: Tempered glass and optics AB glue, perfect fit. The soft silicon absorbed layer make the product better absorbed the mobile phone screen. And automatic exhaust bubble
