Q: Why can't turn the headset on?
A: Make sure your device is fully charged before using it for the first time. Your device can't be turned on if battery level is very low.
Q: There is no sound when playback?
A: Check the connection between your device with phone or computer, if the connection is not established, please reconnect.
Q: Phone or computer can't find your device?
A: Check the Bluetooth is "visible" in your phone or computer, if pair timeout, pairing mode will exit, please re-start the phone. If your device have problem, re-start or reset it.
1. Is small orders accepted?
Yes, we have products in stock and accept order quantity from10 pcs.
2. How can I arrange payment?
You can pay by Paypal, T/T, West Union, etc.
3. How can i get samples? and what's the time?
You can contact our sales for samples. If there is not special request, sample time is 1 days.
4. What's your warranty?
Generally the wanrranty is 1 year.
5. What's your MOQ for OEM?
For OEM the MOQ is 500 pcs, for smaller orders we can offer print your LOGO on the products.
6. What's your lead time for orders?
For orders less than 500 pcs with our stardard packaging, the lead time is around 7 days.
For OEM orders, the lead time is from 10 to 20 days depending on order quantity and requests.
7. What's your time for new product development?
Generally the time from ID to working sample is about 2 month. But it would be various because of customer's requests.
8. Do you offer courier service?
Yes, we can offer discounted courier shipping cost by DHL, UPS,Fedex,TNT.EMS etc.
