Use:
ZJA Two-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Machine is widely used in electric power, transforming electricity industry, metallurgy, traffic, railway and others. It is designed for the vacuum filter of expensive oil such as fresh oil, imported oil, instrument transformer oil, extra-high tension transformer oil (cover110v, major transformer), and for vacuum oiling, and drying of transformers. The oil purifier can work on line.
Feature:
Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil such as water, air and gas.
1: It can be widely used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition.
2: Precise filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration with gradual precision can help to remove mechanical impurities in the oil.
3: An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system, liquid-level controlling system, defoaming controlling system, pressure protecting system and excellent equipment can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance.
4: Online work, allowing separated operation of manual operators from machine with lamps indicating the condition for operation.
Optional mode:
1: The customer's request can be met by adopting PLC intelligent and displaying dynamically.
2: The whole set of this machine can be made mobile, immovable and car-carried.
3: All types of filter can be offered hermetical, canopy-covering or open-air.
4: Various sizes and configuration (alloy shield) are available.
