Q: 3. Do you have any MOQ request?
A: Our MOQ is 50PCs if logo printing is required. For sample/trial order, we don't request any MOQ.

Q: 4. Do you offer any data pre-loading services?
A: Yes, we provide standard copy data preload, Non-Erasable Content, Custom Icon Creation, and Auto-run data preloading services.
Q: 5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it takes to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive depends on different destination.
Q: 6. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, please send us your logo artwork (vector-based is preferred), upon receipt, we will prepare a virtual proof for your visual confirmation. After your approval of the virtual proof, we shall print a real sample, and send you high resolution photos for your second approval. If requested, we can also send the physical sample to you by courier. Only after your approval, we shall go to mass production.
