-Direct refrigeration technology, it utilizes aluminum alloy evaporator, refrigerant exchanges heat with water directly in the evaporator to enhance heat exchange effect, by this technology, ice is kept far away from any pollution, which is completely conforms to food standards and also good choice for keep fresh.
-Brine refrigeration technology, it uses chilled salt water as a secondary refrigerant, circulates in a salt water tank and conduct with the water inside ice cans. Block ice fail to reach food standard due to the pollution from chemical elements in the industrial salt water during the ice melting and doffing process. This kind of ice is ideal for cooling objects.
