Focusun Brine refrigeration Blocker & Direct refrigeration Blocker.
These two systems are utilizing totally different technologies, Brine system is using brine which been chilled down to -13C as an secondary refiferant to freeze the water into ice, it can produce solid and transperent ice blocks for cooling applications, BUT this type of block ice is edible.
The Direct system can produce edble ice but not as solid and transparent as Brine ones.
Containerized models are also available: MAX output of 20' containerized block ice machine is 6Ton/ day, MAX output of 40' containerized block ice machine is 12Ton/ day.
Focusun evaporator is made of freezing aluminum alloy. Refrigerant is evaporated in the middle of the aluminum plate. Water can be frozen into ice within a very short time. This Block Ice Machine has modular shape with features of plug and play ready system with tropical condition & coastal climate adjustment test, so it's easy to install and energy efficient.
Containerized model also available upon requests.
