*125mm thickness, 8 hours ice making;
*160mm thickness, 12 hours ice making;
Dirct refrigeration block ice maker features:
1. No need for salt, neither salt water tank, ice melting tank nor much labor;
2. Food class alumium alloy plate evaportor, ensure ice clean and edible;
3. Standard block ice maker is designed on 33ºC dry ball temp. and 25ºC water temp. (If temp. different, please inform us when enquiry, can be customized. If your local temp. very very high, above 45ºC, don't worry, just let us know, we'll provide you right solution);

Brine refrigeration system features:
1. Ti pipe is used as evaporative coil to improve heat transfer effect and prevent rust, corrosion for longer life.
2. The part inside brine tank that touches brine water is made of PE/SS304 which bears low temperature and highly resists rusts.
3. Particular can dump and thawing tank design makes easier operation.
4. Thaw tank is heated by air discharge from compressor to save much energy and suits for low water temperature area.
5. Every brine block ice machine can be designed and built as per your specific requirements.
Containerized block ice machin features:
1. Convenient transportation and installation, no need to build a room for the container and machine.
2. Self-contained condensing unit is pre-piped and wired.
3. New ISO container equipped with lighting and drainage system.
4. Economically saving on cost and operation, advanced free maintenance design requires no specially trained engineer.
5. Both brine system and direct system can be installed in the 20 or 40 feet container.
