1. Q: can you provide private labeling service ?
A: to put your company on our water filter straw there must certain quantity, for labeling service the MOQ must be 1500pcs and
for embosssing your logo our our water filter straw, the quantity must be 3.000pcs as we have to modify the molds.
2. Q: what is a prefilter and what is it used for ?
A: the pre-filter is a small device with a piece of cotton pad inside, when this pre-filter attached to the straw it can?be regarded as the first stage filtration, the pre-filer can block the large sediments or dead leaves in the water, this will greatly improve the life span of the straw.
3. Q: what is a back wash device ?
A: The back wash device is a syringe-like device which is used to clean the filter element in order to prolong the life span of the straw.
4.Q: Can I drink carbonated drinks or alcohol through the filters?
A: No they will damage the filters and will void your warranty.
5. Q: Can I filter sea water?
A: No this will damage the filter and void the warranty.
