Descrption of compact solar water heater
1. Inner tank material of solar heater:sus304 with 1.2mm
2. Outer tank material of solar water heater: color steel with 0.41mm or stainless steel in 0.35mm
3.Frame of solar water heater: zinc coating with 1.5mm or stainless steel 1.2mm
4.Tube: vacuum tube with copper heat pipe.
Priciple of compact solar water heater:
1.High Effciency, Rapid warming.The copper pipe in the heat pipe could transfer the energy into the cold water in the pressurized water tank rapidly.
2.The whole pressure of the system is up to 1.5kg/M2 ,the inner hole could connect the top water directly, work under the high pressure automatically.
3. The pressurized water tank and copper pipe in the heat pipe adopt the mechanical Seal advanced technology. Sometimes, although some of heat pipe are broken. The whole system still could go through very well.
4. The design for inner tank is reasonal and scientific, which could held 100,000 times fatigue test without any damage.
5. we take advantage of integrated foaming polyurethane technology.After foaming, inner tank ,Cover of outer tank, and out tank compose an integral whole. Which perfect insulation layer's benefit.
6. The system could adapt series and parallel connection to supply hot water for collective organizations
