Commercial Kitchen Hood with Fume & Grease Purification Electrostatic Precipitator is a specially designed package incorporating fume containment function of a normal hood and fume elimination function of electrostatic precipitator (ESP) that is capable of capturing 95% oil mist & grease vapor, and is a perfect exhaust air filtering unit for kitchen exhaust ventilation and air cleaning system of kitchens with large exhaust airflow volume

Unique range hood design, incorporating extraction functions of normal kitchen hoods and purification functions of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP), where high voltage electrostatic fields are applied to generate more then 100 millions per cubic centimeter of electrons to capture airborne cooking oil fume & grease particulates.
Patented cylindrical honeycomb electrostatic fields and optional PLC controlled spray-style humidifier, maximizing the filtration and purification efficiency of cooking oil fume and grease particles for commercial kitchens.
Modular design, ensuring easy assembly of our commercial kitchen hood ESP for total operation and easy removal of the hood, the cover, the control panel, the electrostatic precipitator, and other major components for maintenance and cleaning.
