Non-pressurized Compact solar water heater
1)Inner tank material: Stainless steel 3042B foodgrade
2)Outer tank material: Aluminium Galvanized Sheet with Metal Painting
3)Outer tank dia: 420mm, 460mm, 470mm, 480mm, 500mm
4)Frame material: Galvanized sheet with the thickness of 1.2mm-1.5mm
5)Insulation: 50mm polyurethance total forming with pressure and high density
6)vacuum tube: 47X1500mm, 47X1800mm, 58X1600mm, 58X1800mm &58X2000mm
7)capacity: 50liter--------400liter
Other informations
1) Inner water tank shell is made of SUS3042B food grade stainless steel plates, welded by argon arc. Water is pure and drinkable
2) Out water tank shell is made of SUS304 2B or SUS304BA
3) Heat insulation of water tanks adopts polyurethane foam and the thickness is 50mm
4) Silicon rings to connect and seal them, leak testing before make insulation
5) The tubes and supports are adjustable. The power bearing is average and can assure the vacuum tubes to use for a long time
6) Whole glass vacuum tubes adopt super hard borax and silica glass
7) Absorption rate: =93%, thermal radiation rate: =6%
8) It resists 25mm hail and the using life can last 15 years
9) Temperature when exposed to sun without water: 250oC, 2.5 hours to boiling point if using single tube
10) If you use electrical appliances to aid heating and to switch off the power supple before bathing
