Product Description
I Usage
The air pressure tank type filter is used for separating solid and liquid in the oil refining, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
II Working principle
The filter uses compressed air as the driving force to separate oil and dregs through the filter medium (cloth). It has advantage of leaving no trace of residual oil or liquid material in the machine after shutdown.

FAQ
Gas processing equipment
Compressed air coming out of the air compressor contains much water, oil and dust. It must be removed in order to obtain clean air and ensure food security.
The pressure filter developed by our company carries a group of gas processing equipment. The preprocessing equipment is fixed in the frame as an automatic drainage fitting, its type being air filter AF40. The post-processing equipment is outside the frame as manual drainage, its type being EA-0155. After using for some time, the lower valves should be opened to drain the waste water. Close it when it is in production.
2 Replacement of filter element
1) It should be replaced after over two years in use
2 )Pressure drop more than 0.1Mp (pressure gauge readings-upper covering gauge readings=press drop)
3 Preprocessing filter turns white from red.
