Power Union was established as a Partnership Company in 2012 in Honkong. We own four production plants in Dongguan and Shenzhen, specializing in designing and manufacturing gears & power transmission parts, blades & cutting tools, CNC machining parts, rubbers parts & silica gel parts

For gears & power transmission parts projects, our factory offers gears designing and produces gears by CNC machining for metal gears and plastic gears. And for plastic gears, we also design and manufacture plastic injection moulds to make gears, such as POM gears, PP gears, PVDF gears, Nylon gears, PEEK gears and PTFE (Teflon) gears etc. We are experienced in gears and power transmission parts more than 15years with designing and manufacturing team. Our gears as well as sprockets, rack gears sell although China and are exported to the U. S, Western Europe and Middle East, which are widely used in gear boxes, industrial machines and equipments, cars, motors, agriculture machines, UAVs, toys etc.

For CNC machining project, as a precision CNC machining parts supplier, we have a high efficiency working team in technology &design, manufacturing an sales. In 2011 we have equipped with new advanced production devices, such as high speed CNC, computer controlled lathe, automatic machines and microscope, projector, CMM, hardness tester and Swiss high instrument and so on. We have high requirements for parts quality control to assure the quality. High precision, steady supply capability and mass production are our featured advantages. Parts are sold to Japan, the U. S, Canada, Germany, and Italy etc.

For blades & cutting tools projects, we are experienced more than 15 years in blades grinding and most machines for production are designed by ourselves and manufactured by our machinery suppliers. As a professional in manufacturing blades & cutting tools, we are much experienced in blades designing, material, heat treatment, blade grinding and plating. Our blades are widely used in the FAX machinery, printing machines, sewing machines, plastic machines, leather cutting, food machines, packing material cutting etc. Main blades materials are D2, 440C SKD11, 9CrSi, Cr12MOV, W18Cr4V2, LD, 65Mn, HSS, SK4, SK5, M2, SKH-51, 3Cr13, 304, SUS440C, H13, 6CrW2Si etc. We are focus on the blades and cutting tools research & development, and keep innovating, that make us at first ranks in blades & cutting tool industry.

For rubbers parts & silica gel parts, our team has been engaged in rubber and silica gel parts since 1998, we focus on technology exploitation, innovation and effective management and improvement and we have a complete line of production on compounding rubber, natural rubber, material testing, hydraulic plate vulcanizing, injection sulfide, manual and automatic de-flashing, washing, inspection, and, packaging, and rubber products including O-ring, gaskets, seal-ring, and rubber metal parts, etc. Most of our rubber & silica gel parts are exported to the U. S, Italy, and Germany.
